BlazePOS provides cloud-based point of sale software and related services for restaurants and retail businesses. Our Services include but are not limited to: transaction processing, inventory management, employee management, reporting and analytics, customer relationship management, and hardware integrations.

To use certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

4. Subscription and Payment

Access to BlazePOS Services requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

Our offline-first architecture is designed to allow continued operation during network outages, but some features may be limited.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLAZEPOS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BlazePOS Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
